Deputy Morrison remained in the area until the third call, this one from Baba Daljit Singh in Room 5, requested assistance because people were bothering him and he could not leave because his vehicle was blocked by another car. Deputy Morrison was dispatched a third time and returned to the area around Room 5. He described increasing tension among fifteen to twenty people present, including a fair amount of noise which was creating a disturbance. Deputy Morrison instructed that the vehicle blocking the white van be moved and this instruction was carried out by one of the people present outside the room.
