Government promoted anti-Sikh stooge 'Aushutosh Noomehlia'

Ludhiana, Punjab (KP) – The Khalsa Action Committee (KAC) which has taken over the work of creating awareness of the anti-Sikh activities of Gurmeet Ram Rahim has now decided to open another front to tackle the challenges posed by Ashutosh Jha’s Noormehal cult. The Noormehal based ‘Divya Jyoti Jagran’ cult enjoys a large following and vast popularity in the Doaba region of Punjab.
Bhai Mohkam Singh, the spokesperson of KAC, addressed the press after the finalization of the eighth protest march and spoke of the anti-Sikh activities of Ashutosh. The march was held in the city to call for a boycott of Dera Sacha Sauda and to seek his arrest. While the Sikh Sangat handed out pamphlets exposing the activities of Sacha Sauda during the march, pamphlets were also distributed to expose the true face of Ashutosh Jha. In addition, several banners with slogans against the Noormehal cult were also displayed at several places in the march.
Several eminent personalities have joined hands with the Khalsa Action Committee and assured complete support to the organization. In addition, the Ik Noor Khalsa Organization and major Nihung Dals along with Sikhs belonging to the Sirsa area of Haryana have also pledged their support for the KAC. Bhai Mohkam Singh said that the cults such as the Dera Sacha Sauda and Noormehal were working actively to lure people away from Sikhi. Leaders of both cults presented themselves as “living Gurus” and their agenda was clearly to damage the Sikh religion.
The leadership of the Khalsa Action Committee announced that the next protest march will be entirely dedicated to raising awareness against the Noormehal cult. It was also stated that the KAC will call upon the members of the Noormehal cult to return to the Sikh fold.
The Badal family, who has not found any support within the KAC, received yet another setback at the hands of the organization after Parkash Badal was declared a traitor. The Khalsa Action Committee asked for the boycott of Parkash Badal for establishing a chair in Guru Nanak Dev Ji University in the name of ‘Satguru Ram Singh’. It was stated that while Bhai Ram Singh was a respected personality, the title of ‘Satguru’ that was given to him by the Namdharis was against Sikh principals.
