Is Ram Rahim an unpardonable accused?
Wednesday 23rd of May 2007
Balbir Singh Sooch

Whether Gurmeet Ram Rahim Sinh (hypocrite) is an unpardonable accused for outraging the religious feelings and beliefs for the followers of other religions especially Sikhs challengingly, openly and by undermining their self dignity & self respect?

To conclude, we must know that to which religion Gurmeet Ram Rahim Sinh is following, not clear from his name, actions i.e. by spoken words, or by signs or by visible representation or   deeds, involvement, dress, mockery of teachings of other religions? Whose backing, he is enjoying the privileges to outrage religious feelings of class of followers of particular respective religions!

Who can say that he is doing all this innocently and foolishly without the support and the instance of government of India and its agencies?  Only God knows, for what all this is happening in India!

It is not an isolated case happened in India to create hatred among the religious people collectively and individually. To my mind, it is like pre-arranged and planned crime and hatred in India. Through these type of tactics, governments get an excuse to do acts of selective killings, elimination and disappearance of persons of not their likings politically, religiously or otherwise as it is practice to do such type of heinous crime by provocation of masses through immoral tools (hypocrites) like Gurmeet Ram Rahim Sinh  in India.

Is it the way to regulate, manage and control the unmanaged population of India? Whoever is party to this game of management is known to be in mainstream in India. What a mockery of Indian democracy? Under the circumstances, who will decide that who are accused under section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code-1860?

I quote the section from the bare Act for interpretation of legally knowledgeable people in India and outside for their conclusion. ”The Indian Penal Code, 1860-295-A. Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs-Whoever, with deliberate and malicious intention of outraging the religious feelings of any class of citizens of India, by words, either spoken or written, or by signs or by visible representation or otherwise, insults or attempts to insult the religion or the religious beliefs of that class, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both”.
