STTM2 allows searching of several Dasam Granth Sahib Banis
The Version II of Gurbani Search Software was finally released by www.SikhiToTheMax.com sevadars. Along with a new graphical user interface, the software package comes with a variety of search features and additional banis.
Several previous features have been enhanced, including the Akhand Path Sahib reader and PowerPoint view. In addition, the sevadars have also included several banis of Dasam Granth Sahib in the database along with the entire compilation of the Amrit Kirtan pothi and Bhai Gurdas Jee's Vaars.
While recently releasing this tool on www.DiscoverSikhi.com, the SikhiToTheMax sevadars announced that the remaining banis of Dasam Granth Sahib will be included in the next release of the software. All shabads of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Bhai Nand Lal Ji and several other rehitnamas that are commonly recited in kirtan have been indexed under the Amrit Kirtan.
In addition, special compilations of banis such as Nitnem, Sukhmani Sahib, Asa Ki Vaar, Akal Ustat and Chandi Di Vaar have been separately added for the Sangat's ease. Options such as viewing text in larridaar format have also been included. Punjabi translation of hukamnamas has also been added in the software release.
Users of the SikhiToTheMax Beta (Version 1) are encouraged to uninstall the previous version and install the latest release to enjoy better reliability and enhanced features. The download is available as freeware on www.SikhFiles.com.
