European Sangat Observe Shaheedi of Bhai Dilawar Singh Babbar

Mannheim, Germany (KP) -  Various Sikh organizations commemorated the Martyrdom Anniversary of Shaheed Bhai Dilawar Singh Babbar at a special ‘Shaheedi Smagam’ arranged by Babbar Khalsa Germany.
 
The commemoration, held at Gurdwara Sikh Center Frankfurt, was attended by Sikhs from various areas of Germany and Western Europe.   Sri Darbar Sahib Hazoori Ragi Bhai Amrik Singh Rattan and the Akhand Kirtani Jatha paid tribute to the Sikh Martyrs by reciting melodious Gurbani Kirtan after the conclusion of Sri Akhand Patth Sahib
 
Representatives of Babbar Khalsa Germany, Sikh Federation UK, Dal Khalsa, and other Gurdwara Sahibs paid homage to the brave deeds of Bhai Dilawar Singh Babbar, who attained Shaheedi outside the Punjab secretariat on August 31, 1995.
 
Republic of Khalistan Government-in-Exile representative Bhai Gurmej Singh elaborated on the Sikh Freedom Movement started by Shaheed Bhai Fauja Singh and Baba Jarnail Singh Bhinderanwale.
 
Prominent speakers, including Bhai Satnam Singh Babbar, Bhai Reshan Singh Babbar, Bhai Balkar Singh and others praised the heroic actions of Bhai Dilawar Singh for bringing Beant Sinh to justice.  They commented that like Beant Sinh, those who were guilty of such crimes, would eventually be brought to justice by the Khalsa Panth.
