(Continuation from Last Week : Part 1: http://www.panthic.org/news/125/ARTICLE/2155/2006-01-08.html)
Amritsar Sahib, Punjab (KP) - This is a continuation of Panthic Weekly’s (PW) series of articles on the revelations made by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) representative Rulda Singh on discreetly made voice recordings obtained by our news bureau.
In this second part of this continuing series, Rulda details his relationships with representatives of the British Sikh Council, Deputy Baldev Singh, the self-styled Deputy of the Parbandhaki Panchain, a GOI sponsored group setup to rival the Akhand Kirtani Jatha, and Bhai Mokham Singh, spokesman of the Damdami Taksal, Mehta faction. Interestingly, Rulda Singh and Deputy Baldev Singh accompanied the British Sikh Council during their tours to Nagpur (Maharashtra), and Guna (Madh Pardesh) recently.
Due to the nature of their parchar, Akhand Kirtani Jatha, the Damdami Taksal, along with some other key organizations, have been a thorn in the side for not only the RSS, but the central government itself. It is in the Indian Government’s interest to keep a tap and dilute all such Sikh organizations, therefore the most convenient way is to infiltrate them from within and neutralize them as they had done with the Namdharis. The Parbandhaki Panchain, now controlled by Baldev Singh, was their answer to neutralizing the Jatha. Similar steps have been taken against the Damdami Taksal which has now split up further into two more rival factions.

British Sikh Council

Rulda Singh points out a picture of Kulwant Singh Dhesi of the British Sikh Council (BSC) at a Gurdwara opening ceremony in Nagpur. The meeting was jointly attended by BSC members and the RSS.
Rulda states that Tarsem Singh of BSC contacts him by telephone and admits that he (and the RSS) are right.
Rulda Displays Pictures of himself and the President of the British Sikh Council then of Tarsem Singh (BSC) Kulwant Singh Dhesi while at a function in Nagpur. Baldev Singh Deputy (Panchain), Rulda says he told him not too come close to him and that "we don't mix in public."
Deputy Baldev Singh (Parbandhki Panchain)
Rulda Praises Baldev Singh (Panchain) as being a sevadar and Gurmukh.
Rulda tells that the picture of Baldev Singh honoring me in Nagpur was not released by him. Baldev Singh complained to the higher authorities that Rulda released his picture. Rulda proves that the picture was not from his camera. Rulda also says that Baldev Singh is connected to the RSS.

(clip 2)
Rulda identifies a man as Baldev singh of (Panchain) and tells he is also with RSS. Rulda also mentions all these Sikh leaders come to the RSS and talk to them secretly, and that all Punjabi people have to go through him to meet with the RSS high command.
Editorial Note: Baldev Singh, also known as ‘Giani’ Baldev Singh, who has been an outcast for many years, was excommunicated from Akhand Keertani Jatha when he had appointed himself the Chief of AKJI with the blessings of the pro-BJP All India Sikh Students Federation (Peer-Mohamed/Badal).
UK Hardcores
Rulda tells of those he met in the UK. Some of these people include Singh Sabha president Sohi (Himmat Singh), the BSC and those claiming to be 'kharkoos' associated with the Damdami Taksal.
Bhai Mokham Singh (Damdami Taksal)
Rulda narrates about a meeting between him, Bhai Mokham Singh (spokesman of Damdami Taksal) and RSS chief KS Sudarshan. If what Rulda says is true, then Mokham Singh makes it clear that he has no respect for some of the Singhs who became Shaheed in the last 27 years. He makes a very startling suggestion to Rulda Singh on what should be done to Bhai Davinder Pal Singh Bhullar who is on death row.
Rulda reads from a meeting report regarding a five member committee made up of 5 RSS and 5 Sant Samaj members which would meet regularly and be headed by Kohli of the RSS and Bhai Mokham Singh of Damdami Taksal.
Rulda Says that all these people are afraid of being exposed with the RSS as they (RSS) has pictures of them all including Mokham Singh, Dhumma of DDT.
Rulda talks about a RSS meeting at Mokham Singh’s house on June 13th 1998.
How true are the allegations made by Rulda Singh? Has our leadership really traded the sacrifices of our beloved Shaheeds for their own selfish purposes? These are questions only they can answer.
Panthic Weekly has attempted to contact the British Sikh Council for their reaction to Rulda Singh's allegations. Our staff is in the process of contacting Baldev Singh (Deputy) and Bhai Mokham Singh of the DDT, and will present their opinions in our next edition.
Part III, RSS, Sant-Samaj, and other so-called Khalistanis (next week).
