(KP) - In a recently obtained audio conversation between controversial saadh Maan Pehowa and an elderly Singh, the saadh who his referred by his followers as a ‘Shiromani Sant’ and an incarnate of Guru Gobind Singh, awkwardly admitted his failures, and asked for forgiveness from the regarded Singh.
Background
Panthic Weekly (PW) was recently made aware of the fact that an elderly Singh, who according to others, was said to be ‘spiritually elevated’ (bhajan bandagiwala) had reprimanded Mann Pehowa for his misdeeds. Furthermore, it was relayed that he was interested in speaking with the PW representatives in regards to the saadh.
Indirectly, PW staff made contact with this elderly individual, who has revealed this startling conversation between him and the saadh. The individual agreed to share this information on the condition that PW should not reveal his identity or whereabouts.
“I have nothing to do with this fraud,” he told PW representatives. “Nor do I want any publicity from this disclosure. I have been extremely angry at Maan Sinh’s kartootan (misdeeds). Such was my displeasure that when he last contacted me, I yelled at him and cursed at him for several minutes. Do you want to listen to what I told that *** EXPLETIVE *** saadh? ,“ queried the elderly gentleman. According to reliable sources, the saadh has often seeked the guidance of this elderly Singh.
Genuine Audio
The Singh then allowed PW access to his conversation between Maan Pehowa that occurred after the saadh’s visit to North America in 2006. PW staff had experts evaluate the audio converstation using digital voice comparisons and have concluded it was indeed genuine with the voices being of both Mann Pehowa and the elderly gentleman.
The conversation not only illustrated the frustrations of the elderly gentleman towards the Pehowa saadh, but also the amount of reverence the latter shows towards the elderly man – despite the continous barrage of scolding.
Admission of Guilt
Even though the saadh has never made any public statements about his illicit involvement with women followers, the private conversations clearly illustrate Pehowa’s admittance of guilt.
The conversations are very explicit in nature, colored mostly with expletives, and curses. Due to the nature of the conversation, PW has decided not to post the entire audios directly on our website, but will make them available to any Panthic organizations or Gurdwaras worldwide.
