Sacramento, Ca (KP) – The young Canadian woman who has accused the controversial Sadh Mann Pehova of sexual assault was recently in California to face her assaulter with the assistance from the Sikh Sangat. Yet, Mann Pehowa and his followers are unwilling to bring him forward to face the accuser.
Mann Pehowa was currently in California and performing in private residences and deras for the past several days while his booked programs were cancelled at all Gurdwaras in California due to serious allegations of rape and sexual misconduct against him.
There have been ongoing discussions between Mann Pehowa’s followers and several sevadars from the Sikh community in setting up a public meeting either in person or live on Hamsafar Radio (a popular Punjabi radio station) between the ‘Baba’ and the Sangat, including the accuser. On multiple instances, the ‘Baba’ has declined to face his accusers in public in a transparent manner.
The Canadian Bibi has made a special trip to California in case such a meeting was to occur. Panthic Weekly staff has been in touch with representatives of the Bibi since last weekend. The option of bringing the Bibi to face Mann Pehowa was also presented by PW staff at the recent protest in Turlock, yet his followers declined to take on this challenge.
Below is a copy of a notarized affidavit PW has received from the Canadian Bibi regarding her recent trip to California to face her assaulter. Attached are copies of her original affidavit detailing Pehowa’s misdeeds. Both documents have never been published in the press until now.
